I like the jug, it's such a pretty color. the only problem I had was trying to figure out the straw, as I have never seen a straw bend on the bottom before. so two and a half hours later of trying to figure it out I got it working and it works great, the tip of the straw is hard, not a soft silicone or flexible. oh and it does leak if you hold the bottle upside down for too long. So it's 5* for me
